Berkeley County Government signed a contract with TriTech Software Systems on Thursday, September 28, 2017 for a new public safety software system.
The system includes: a computerized dispatch system, a records management system for Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office and a jail management system for Hill-Finklea Detention Center.
This package includes software and hardware tools to enhance the security of Berkeley County residents and will help improve efficiency of public safety personnel.
This suite replaces legacy systems that were not integrated. The installation, configuration and training for this system will take approximately 12-18 months.
