MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – (Thursday, June 4, 2026) – Berkeley County Government will maintain different office and facility closures on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 in observance of the July 4 holiday.
The following facilities will be closed Friday, July 3:
- County government offices
- Courthouse
LANDFILL / CONVENIENCE CENTERS: The County landfill, convenience centers and library branches will be open Friday, July 3 and operating by normal hours.
The following facilities will be closed Saturday, July 4.
- Landfill
- Convenience Centers
- Library branches
BOND COURT: Bond Court will take place on the following dates and times:
- Friday, July 3 at 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, July 4 at 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
**All other courts will be closed on Friday, July 3.
CYPRESS GARDENS: Cypress Gardens will be open Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5.
