Workforce Career Expo: Wednesday, September 3
Berkeley County Economic Development, in partnership with SC Works Trident and SC Department of Social Services, is hosting a Workforce Career Expo on Wednesday, September 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Berkeley County Administration Building, located at 1003 Highway 52 in Moncks Corner.
Industries and business across Berkeley County and the Tri-County area will be on site to meet with potential employees. This event will coincide with Workforce Development Month across South Carolina. It’s FREE and open to anyone seeking a job or career change.
Please bring an updated copy of your resume and be prepared to interview on the spot. The SC Career Coach will also be parked out front of the Administration Building. This wheelchair accessible mobile unit serves as an extension of the statewide SC Works centers and is equipped with 10 workstations for job-seeking activities, on-site assistance, Wi-Fi and printer capabilities. In-House Career Fair: Wednesday, September 10
Berkeley County’s In-House Career Fair will be Wednesday, September 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Berkeley County Administration Building, located at 1003 Highway 52 in Moncks Corner. The event will be for open County positions. A complete listing can be found HERE.
Representatives from departments within Berkeley County Government will be available to answer questions and share information about open positions. Anyone interested in applying is encouraged to bring a resume and be prepared for an interview.
