MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – (Tuesday, July 29, 2025) – Berkeley County Planning and Zoning, in partnership with Center for Heirs’ Property, will host an Estate Planning, Probate, Heirs’ Property, and Sustainable Forestry Seminar on Tuesday, August 12. The seminar is free to attend and will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Berkeley County Administration Building, located at 1003 Highway 52 in Moncks Corner.
Topics include how families can protect their land, prevent the loss of heirs’ property rights, and explore how sustainable forestry can help grow generational wealth.
