MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – (Tuesday, June 25, 2024) – Berkeley County’s St. Stephen Magistrate Court, currently located at 113 Ravenell Drive, will be temporarily closed from Monday, July 8 – Friday, July 12, 2024, to allow staff to move their offices to a new temporary location inside the St. Stephen Police Department, located at 137 Hood Street.

St. Stephen Magistrate Court will reopen to the public on Monday, July 15 at the new temporary location inside the police department. The Magistrate Court Office contact will remain the same: 843-567-7400.
Berkeley County is currently in the process of constructing a new Magistrate Court building, which will include a new library facility.
