Biography

Benjamin Milligan is the Mosquito Abatement Supervisor. He started working in Berkeley County Mosquito Abatement 19 years ago, as a laborer 2. He quickly climbed the ladder in the department, and soon became a field technician, then a maintenance service technician 2 team lead, then skilled technician 3, and finally Supervisor of Berkeley County Mosquito abatement in 2017.
