Biography

Felicia Walters has served as the Tax Collector for Berkeley County since February 2024. Born and raised in Horry County, Walters is an alumna of Claflin University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
With fourteen years of experience in local government prior to her current role, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position.
She is an active member of South Carolina Association of Auditors, Treasurers & Tax Collectors (SCATT) and a member of the Tax Collectors of the Palmetto State (T.A.P.S).
