Biography

Heather McDowell, a 16-year employee of Berkeley County Government, manages operations for the Berkeley County Animal Center and Cypress Gardens. She is passionate about serving the citizens of Berkeley County as well as those who visit the area. McDowell embraces the opportunities presented to her each day and strives to do her part to ensure Berkeley County is a vibrant, enjoyable and desirable place to visit, work and live.
