Biography

Scott rejoined the Berkeley County Procurement Department on February 3, 2020 as the Procurement Director. He previously worked in Procurement for Berkeley County from 2015-16 as a Buyer. Before returning to the County, Scott worked with the Town of Mount Pleasant as the Procurement Contract Manager. There he was a leader on the capital project teams for over $80 million in public construction projects, from conceptual design through closeout. Those projects included upright, roadway, utility, and renovation construction projects. Scott also worked in Procurement for the City of Charleston managing contracts for City operations. He lives in Hanahan with his wife and two children where they enjoy spending time outdoors as much as possible.
