For over 16 years, Cypress Gardens’ Halloween in the Swamp has been one of the most exciting and anticipated seasonal events in the Lowcountry.  It is especially attractive for families because of the wide range of activities offered for all ages.  Younger children enjoy less-spooky offerings including music, campfire, marshmallow roasts, storytelling, jump castle and a lighted pumpkin trail. The more daring Halloween enthusiasts may choose to embark on The Haunted Swamp Experience.  This terrifying adventure takes “victims” on spine-chilling, ghostly boat ride through the swamp, then drops them off on a haunted walking trail through the woods.

Dates and times for the three-day special engagement are as follows:

Halloween in the Swamp

Thursday, October 17th

Friday, October 18th

Saturday October 19th

7:30pm to 10:30pm

“We’ve established quite a ‘regular’ following,” says Heather Graham, Manager of Cypress Gardens. ”We add new haunts every year so it continues to be a different experience even for our avid annual attendees.  Halloween in the Swamp entertains sell-out crowds, so I encourage everyone to either arrive early or purchase their tickets in advance.”
