Biography

Growing up in Moncks Corner, Marshall attended Berkeley High School. Upon graduation, he went on to pursue an undergraduate degree at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, graduating with a BS in Business Administration.  After graduation he obtained his real estate license and his appraiser license.

Marshall is a member of Compass South Appraisals, a land and commercial real estate appraisal firm specializing in Agricultural, Silvicultural, and Commercial Real Estate. His office is in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.

Marshall was a co-founder of Essentials Coffee, a local coffee shop. He currently serves as a trustee of Freedom Church, Alt. Regional Rep for The SC Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Past President and Current Board Member for SCPAC, and Director for the Summerville Citadel Club.

Marshall lives in Moncks Corner with his wife and children.
