Johnny Cribb has been involved in public service for the past twenty seven years including the past three years serving as Berkeley County Supervisor. Johnny was born in North Charleston and has lived in Berkeley County for the past twenty three years with his wife Teri and children, Brooks and Ashlyn.  Brooks is attending the Citadel on a United States Marine Corps Scholarship.  Ashlyn attends Charleston Southern University majoring in Kinesiology and is a member of the BUCS softball team.

Johnny has served on the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments and Charleston Area Transportation Study Team (CHATS) for the past thirteen years. Johnny also served on the Berkeley County Transportation Committee (CTC) for ten years.  Previous service also includes the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) Board and Berkeley County Storm Water Advisory Committee. Johnny has served the past three years as an executive committee member of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance.

Johnny earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel in 1994. He is a 2007 graduate of the Institute for Departmental Management at the University of South Carolina.

Johnny attends Restoration Community Church in Hanahan where he serves as a Community Group leader and a Deacon.

His spare time activities include fishing, mountain bike riding, hunting, yard work, and family time on the Cooper River and Santee Cooper Lakes.
