This morning at 10:00 a.m. Berkeley County officials broke ground on the expansion of the Moncks Corner Berkeley County Senior facility.  The expansion will add an additional 2,500 square feet which will double the size of the existing activity room, add much needed office space for staff, provide a designated bus drop-off/pick-off area and increased parking. The cost for the expansion is projected to be $584,800 and completion is expected by February 2015.

Berkeley County Supervisor Dan Davis states “I am excited about the increased services and programs this long awaited expansion will allow Berkeley Senior to provide to our citizens.”
