Mosquito Abatement

Berkeley County Mosquito Abatement has commenced spraying in response to the large mosquito hatch-offs generated by above average rainfall this year. We strongly encourage all horse owners to contact their veterinarian and have their horses vaccinated against Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE). Likewise, pet owners should take the simple steps to protect their dogs and cats from heartworms. Beekeepers, cricket farmers, and all others with questions or concerns regarding mosquito pesticide applications should contact our office.
