You are invited to help shape the Francis Marion National Forest’s Land Resource Management Plan, commonly referred to as a Forest Plan. Forest plans provide broad program-level direction for management of the land and its resources. The plan revision process occurs every 10 to15 years. Your voice matters.

- Wild and Scenic Rivers
- Recreation opportunities and cultural/historic awareness
- Connecting people to nature

- Opportunity to meet and help Smokey Bear celebrate his 70th birthday
- Invitation to attend a field trip on Sat., September 13, 2014. Sign up at the public meeting to reserve your space on the field trip.
