Planning Commission shall review and make a recommendation on all proposed amendments
County Council reviews request at Land Use Committee and holds 3 readings of Ordinance
15 days public notice prior to County Council Public Hearing
Rezoning Signs are posted on the property at least 7 days in advance of scheduled Planning Commission meeting
Upon County Council approval at the 3rd reading, the amendment goes into effect immediately.
