Zoning Verification Letter

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AS SOON AS PRACTICAL, NORMALLY WITHIN SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS. REQUESTS WILL NOT BE FULFILLED UNTIL THE REQUIRED $25.00 FEE PER PARCEL (CAPPED AT $150) IS RECEIVED. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, THE REQUESTED LETTER WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE APPLICANT VIA EMAIL USING THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THIS APPLICATION.

Payment may be submitted online at the E-Review Portal using the 10-digit Plan Case (“PL ZVL” number) assigned to the request after it has been processed.

To use the E-Review Portal for online Fee Payment: Applicants must register for an account, using the email address that is provided to the Department in this application. Once an account is created, the applicant must select the assigned 10-digit plan case number and follow the prompts for fee payment. Payments submitted online may be subject to additional convenience fees from the credit card processor.

Checks are also accepted, payable to Berkeley County, by mail or in person at the following address:
