- Customer service walk-in hours are 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. No appointment needed.
- Appointments available upon request (in-person or conference call)

- Front counter and drop box available all day for applications , plans/plats, and other submittals
- Pay application fees via:
