The Berkeley County One Cent Sales Tax Program is a division of the Engineering Department and serves to manage the one percent sales and use tax approved by Berkeley County voters in 2008, 2014, and 2022 to finance the costs of highways, roads, streets, bridges, and other transportation-related project facilities within the County.
