Sandra Osborne serves as the HOME Program Specialist for Berkeley County. She is a Summerville native who attended Trident Technical College, where she obtained an Associates in Arts with an emphasis on Political Science and History and an Associates in Science with an emphasis on Biological Sciences. Prior to joining Berkeley County in October 2023, Sandra served for more than two decades as a contractor for the Department of Defense. She is mother to three children and when not working, enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, traveling and getting lost in a good book.
“I’ve spent years supporting our government and state in a federal capacity, which is not always necessarily felt at the local level. I am excited to work in Berkeley County because it allows me the ability to help the state of SC and locals like myself in an environment closer to my home and heart.”
