The Monthly Master’s sale is generally held the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 A. M. in courtroom B at the Berkeley County Courthouse. For exact information on upcoming sale dates check the Master in Equity Court Roster. Pre-registration is not required to bid. The Master-In-Equity’s Office conducts the sale. We have no control over the amount of the beginning or ending bid on the property.

If you are the successful bidder, you have until 3:30 p.m. of the day of the sale to pay 5% of your bid in certified funds (Money order or cashier’s check) to the Master-In-Equity’s office. You have 30 days from the day of the sale to fully comply with the Terms of the Sale. This includes deed preparation, paying the balance on your bid, as well as, any interest that may be due. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, loss of right to bid at future auctions, and the responsibility for associated cost for the re-sale of the property.

We have no knowledge of the physical conditions on any of the properties listed. We do not have keys, nor do we guarantee title.

The foreclosure deed is not a warranty deed. Interested bidders should satisfy themselves as to the quality of title to be conveyed by obtaining an independent title search well before the foreclosure sale date.

After accepting the terms of use select from the Roster Description the sale you are interested in.
Once you have opened the Roster you can select the judgment from the Case/Case Caption column.
In the judgment detail you can obtain further information including parties, judgments, actions, associated cases, and tax map information.
To return to the roster simply close the judgment detail window using the x at the top right of the window.
