Include a site plan or drawing of your property. If this is a commercial property and you have any civil drawings, as-built surveys, or blueprints for the project, please upload them. These documents are helpful in accurately assigning and positioning new addresses. Provide any additional documents that may assist in assigning an address. Helpful materials may include a septic approval letter from your local sanitary service provider, septic approval from the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services and 911 Addressing Form from the Berkeley County Planning and Zoning Department (required if more than one address is needed).
